Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.  We are equipped with state-of-the-art software, dealer-level diagnostic equipment and our own in-house technical support and training.At Christian Brothers Automotive Maumelle you don't have to worry about difficult work situations, verbal abuse, dark dingy work areas, working weekends or other problems that don't let you enjoy your work!  We have a fun culture of team members that really enjoy working here….heck, the owner (me) even cooks homemade pancakes once in a while for the team!If you are a Dealership Service Writer we welcome the opportunity to visit with you!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assigned
